Resumen

From the perspective of ancestral medicine, this article exposes healing practices and mechanisms of integral cleansing of the human being (mind, body and spirit), carried out by the healers at UNASAY-E in Ecuador. The results show us the importance of emptying the energy charge, the purification of the spirit and mind, and the care practices that ancestral doctors need to revitalize the process and attend to a population that demands other healing alternatives in the Austro Ecuadorian
