Resumen
This research aims to analyze the design and reflection of tasks, related to different mathematical objects, developed by future Ecuadorian mathematics teachers from the perspective of Ethnomathematics. The qualitative analysis of the tasks was carried out with the use of the Didactic Suitability Criteria tool of the Onto semiotic Approach. As a result, it is inferred that future mathematics teachers are able to relate the different mathematical objects addressed in the curriculum, with local craft ethnomathematical practices, which demonstrates the importance and feasibility of promoting the design of innovative educational proposals that
support the resolution of context problems.
