Resumen

The maintenance campaign carried out in the San Roque neighborhood at the beginning of 2014, promoted by the vlirCPM1 project and the FAUC2, concluded with an execution time considerably greater than that estimated in the diagnostic phase. This research aims to evaluate the methodology applied and find the factors that could cause this difference between the planned and executed, based on new knowledge of experts in the area of evaluation and diagnosis, it is expected that these additions to the methodology will allow more accurate estimate in subsequent campaigns.
