Resumen

This article compares the services, rates and valuation of the establishments that offerrental accommodation on Airbnb, Booking and Expedia platforms in the city of Cuenca(Ecuador). For the investigation, the information of the websites was analyzed and for thecomparison, the ANOVA statistical variance analysis test was applied. The results showthat there is statistical difference in the averages of the services and the rates in the threeplatforms and the averages are equal in the assessment of the guests
