N2 - The objective of this article is the analysis of the implementation of performance control indicators of the software development process of the Information Technology area of retail X. For this, SCRUM was implemented as an agile development methodology, Lead Time for continuous improvement of the process and Balanced Scorecard as a methodology for continuous improvement. After the stage of implementation and stabilization of the proposed methodology, a growth of 7.55% was evidenced in the average requirement attention. Likewise, customer satisfaction reached 92.56%. As for the Lead Time of the software development process in average days, it decreased by 2.42 days. The quality part of the requirements reached a rate of 91.90%. Under this context, the notable improvement in the software development process is determined by implementing these indicators that allow the continuous improvement of the Information Technology area.
