Abstract

This article aims to collect the plans and programs, and the most significant projects that the governments are undertaking in order to promote the increase of entrepreneurships. A global review of Latin America and Ecuador is presented. For this purpose, the agencies and programs of support carried out in the last years will be identified and highlighted.
