Abstract

The "minga" work method is an intangible heritage belonging to the ancestral cultures of the Andean world. It is an organization system that joins efforts to carry out activities aimed at achieving the common good. In the present research, the adaptation and practical application of this behavioral model are shown, directing it towards the protection of heritage, thus confirming its effectiveness, validity and feasibility, not only in the Maintenance Campaign of the heritage buildings of San Roque (2014), but also in its preceding campaigns in Susudel.
