Abstract

Achieving the status of an accredited Higher Education institution is currently presented as a course for universities, careers, and programs in Ecuador. This article reflects on the necessary guidelines to develop to achieve this purpose, which also facilitates the realization of the rights of equality and the right to education that are recognized in the current Constitution.
