N2 - This article delves into a project for the creation of an infrastructure of community radio in Laos, with the help of the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme). Community radio is a great help in this mountainous country, where most of the population lives in remote rural areas of difficult access. The radio supports some basic aspects of life such as access to education and information about health.
