Abstract

This article presents a systematic review on the attitudes of teachers in Basic Education and High School towards the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the teaching-learning process. 34 studies published between 2017 and 2023 were analyzed, using the PRISMA methodology. This approach guaranteed the quality, relevance and validity of the data. The results show a mostly positive disposition on the part of teachers towards the integration of ICT, influenced by factors such as self-efficacy, training received and access to resources. However, barriers related to technological infrastructure, lack of institutional support and socioeconomic inequalities persist. The research highlights the need for inclusive educational policies and specific training to optimize the adoption of ICT, especially in vulnerable contexts.
