Description

With the advancement of technology in the field of veterinary medicine, it is necessary to determine the ontogenic changes of some hematic parameters of diagnostic interest that could occur in calves from birth to 6 months of life, and at the same time, specific reference intervals are needed for the proper interpretation of hematological values; Since there are very few published studies that include repeated measurements of hematological parameters in calves during the first months of life, we propose to carry out this research with the objective of monitoring the hematological values of sequential measurements from birth to 6 months of age in 30 apparently health Which is normally related to adult; For this purpose, blood samples of 30 clinically healthy calves will be taken every 15 days, until they turn 2 months of age and then every 30 days until they adjust 6 months of age; Hematological tests will be carried out by means of electronic cells for veterinary and calibrated use for the bovine species. In the experimental design, a completely random design will be used and a descriptive statistic will be applied with the help of the SPSS Version 23 software, with the values obtained, the ANOVA test will be applied, which will determine each of the parameters evaluated.
