The postural musculoskeletal disorders (TME) of the spine are among the ten outpatient causes in the medical dispensary of the University of Cuenca in the first half of the year 2022, there is currently no diagnosis of these administrative personnel disorders; In addition, postpania life and teleworking for two years, was a factor of increasing these disorders. The objective is to diagnose the prevalence of the TME of the spine in the administrative staff of the University of Cuenca. The study has a transversal analytical design with a quanti-qualitative mixed approach, with a duration of 24 months; 412 officials will participate that constitute the entire population of the administrative staff that comply with the inclusion criteria. The main instruments that will be used: the standardized Nordic questionnaire that identifies the musculoskeletal symptoms of the spine, the diet quality questionnaire to know the quality of the food consumed and food times, the semi -structured interview for the perception of quality of life in relation to the TMEs in the spine, the bioelectric impedance to determine the body composition and the software Adibas that allows the biomechanical study of distances and body angles. It is expected to establish the report with the diagnosis of the prevalence of postural musculoskeletal disorders in the spine, body composition and eating habits in administrative staff. These results will generate proposals that contribute to institutional policies for the improvement of the quality of life.
