Background: According to the United Nations Organization (UN, 2018), hunger and food insecurity are global problems that have grown alarmingly since 2015, due to the combination of several socio -environmental factors. Extreme hunger and malnutrition remain an obstacle to sustainable development, as there has been a decrease in productivity and increased morbidity (UN, 2018); These problems are aggravated in groups of vulnerability, such as Andean indigenous communities, who may have the land and food within reach; But due to globalization or lack of education, they may not know how to feed well or, not knowing how to handle resources; So, it is necessary and important to investigate and rescue knowledge around food sustainability from the ancestral. Objetivo: Analizar La Sostenibilidad Alimentaria, Memoria E Identidad Para La Salud Intercultural En Comunidades Andinas. Methodology: The interpretive research approach, qualitative transverse cutting, descriptive scope and non -probabilistic sampling will be used, by applying in -depth interviews and participatory observation with two intergenerational groups. Results: It is expected to determine the knowledge, perceptions and practices associated with food sustainability, identify identity and memory around food, know the process of transmission of knowledge around food and food production, in order to create and disseminate scientific and educational products.
