Project Details

Description

Through the research achieved during this time, it has been possible to identify the potential that serious video games maintain, that is, those whose purpose is to teach. In the period from 2021 to 2024, ATIC has been developed as a serious video game for learning entrepreneurship. However, what has been achieved allows us to go further, even considering simulating everyday life situations.
In this stage of the project, it is proposed to develop a space for the acquisition of soft skills, which are subjective skills that are related to the way in which we interact with other people. These are then skills such as leadership, the ability to work as a team, time planning or active listening, among others. ATIC's vision is summarized in a business administration simulation platform, which provides training and training tools to university students and professionals, with the aim of developing and perfecting their management and decision-making skills. To this end, we consider that, framed in ethics, commitment to the community and working with a multidisciplinary team, we can achieve this goal. The purpose of this project is to continue with the sixth stage of construction of this simulation video game for entrepreneurs and business managers with scenarios for the development of soft skills, a characteristic that makes ATIC different from other business simulators. In this way, university students will relate the knowledge acquired in theory and link it with practice, and in this way stimulate activities that allow the generation of employment and development of the region, aligning with the vision of the National Development Plan.
