Description
Despite the implementation of the National Agenda by children and adolescents (NNA), this population presents health data that deserve care as a public health problem. NNA health gender inequalities can be influenced by gender roles and attitudes towards the children of people who are responsible for care. The objective of the project is to identify the roles and gender stereotypes in formal and informal care in children and adolescents the city of basin related to health habits. For this, a qualitative study will be carried out whose population is the caregivers, professionals or not, of the NNA of the Centers of Good Living, of Secondary schools and University of the City of Cuenca, through the realization of semi -structured interviews, discussion groups and observation in centers. Through the analysis of this information, recommendations will be developed to minimize gender roles and stereotypes in the care of the city of basin related to health habits
