Sound reconstruction of the religious religious archives of the Cuenca matrix cathedral, through the assembly and staging of 4 works of the repository

The artistic project points to the sound recreation of the religious music of the city of Cuenca executed in the nineteenth and first half of the 20th century. Considering the rescued manuscripts as unique patrimonial objects used for the musical practice of that time. The project involves academics and students of the Faculty of Arts as main entities and knowledgeable of the subject. Its greatest importance is that such artistic production will become the first sound record of the religious music of these repositories staging, analyzed with a critical and musicological approach.
