Description
Generate new research and technological development paradigms, consolidating the results of Sat3urnos projects, in early identification of seismic phenomena, and Serpa, in efficient exploitation of oil resources. Generate a "Higher Education Space for the Republic of Ecuador" accredited internationally and adapted to the needs of the country, based on the "Model of Generation and Knowledge Management" developed by it during its first link.
