GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Develop on the basis of the Research of Reality a training-intervention system for the improvement of the quality of early care in children under 5 years of age with developmental disorders of the institutions registered by the Cantonal Council of Childhood and Adolescents of the Cuenca canton during the period 2008- 2011 They attend institutions registered by the Cantonal Council of Children and Adolescents of Cuenca. 2. Implement a quality guarantee system that allows the sustainability of the processes for improving early care in the institutions registered in the Cantonal Council of Children and Adolescents of Cuenca. 3. Implement a modular postgraduate training program for competition that includes superior diploma, specialty and articulated mastery of quality improvement programs in childhood care with developmental disorders.
