The project called "Coordinated Management Plan for the tourist assets of the rural parishes of the city of Cuenca", is an investigation that formulates a set of processes aimed at strengthening the productive capacities of the tourist assets of the 21 rural parishes of the Cuenca canton. Taking as a starting point the social development of neighborhoods and communities, through the generation of positive impacts in natural and cultural components; Respecting the ancestral knowledge of the localities, the conservation of patrimonial goods and the care of the environment. The study establishes a work of linking actions with the company coordinated between the academy, the individuals, and support organizations; Directly benefiting more than 400 families, and making the city of Cuenca strengthen in the tourist field and increase the capture of national and foreign tourists. The results of the investigation will serve as an input for the relevant organisms to make decisions to establish strategies that allow to strengthen their support actions. In addition, reach the goals established in the National Development Plan "A Life" and those established by the United Nations Organization in "The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development"; Oriented or aimed at the development of vulnerable sectors, economic growth and sustainability, guaranteeing a higher quality of life, and conservation of the environment.
