Description

One of the personal dimensions that exerts a significant role in the presence-eusence of well-being in people, could be emotional intelligence (Fernández-Berrocal and Extremera, 2009; Salovey, Mayer and Caruso, 2002). For Fernández-Berrocal and Extremera (2013), in their research experiences they have analyzed the benefits of emotional intelligence in areas as important as physical and mental health. It is important to keep in mind that having adequate emotional intelligence is indispensable and primary, considering it as the basis for the development and implementation of effective behaviors, which positively influence the results of the organization "(Araujo and loyal, 2007, P. 134), and in people, especially between psychologists and educators. The project is target correlation And interpersonal, assimilation and emotional regulation with socio-demographic variables in university teachers of psychology and education sciences; purpose that will serve as a basis for future interventions.
