Ontology of "inside" and "outside" in the field of critical thought from subalternized Americas

The program is related to the research that in certain universities of the Americas are being carried out on the criticism of the traditional forms of the work of Latin American philosophy, heirs of the tradition of the philosophy of consciousness, which comes from Descartes. The crisis of this philosophy, the different ways of constitution of globalization, the emergence of postmodern movements - differences - suggest other modalities of philosophical work from peripheral Americas, related to criticism of the dominant forms of rationality in the conditions of this type of societies. In fact, the field of studies from Latin America called Modernity/Coloniality, has carried out a conceptual operation of deconstructing the foundations of the philosophy of the cogito; However, it is not exempt from general tensions due to the relationship between the "inside" and the "outside" of the modernization of capital and the hegemony of Western thought. The objective of this research is to dialogue on these critical points.
