Description

Overweight and childhood obesity are important public health problems. Evidence shows that school environments are key to the promotion of healthy habits, including healthy eating and physical activity. The most effective strategies are those that involve several aspects (I.E., typical of the individual and the environment), are based on evidence, and are culturally appropriate.
