Description

At present, management is considered as a primary factor for the normal development of industries, due to the direct impact it has on some of the primary objectives of all of them, among these: minimize costs and maximize profits. The achievement of these objectives will be affected daily by internal and external factors, which will directly harm the fulfillment of the activities and processes carried out, so that this optimization of costs and results of these assembly companies could be affected. In this context, the main objective of this research is to analyze the management of assembly companies, prior to the creation of a model that allows optimizing processes and costs in these industries. To achieve this objective, the study of multiple cases will be used as a methodological framework, which will allow us to analyze the management models used in the aforementioned companies; In the search for the construction of the new management model. The cases will be assembly industries of the Canton Cuenca - Ecuador. Finally, as an expected result it is proposed to establish a solid theoretical framework that serves as a basis and research guide. In addition, build a management model with which industries can improve their efficiency.
