Description

This work seeks to design a comprehensive management model for agroecological organizations in the province of Azuay, which responds to their operating and strengthening needs in the market; Through the identification of the critical points and advantages of your work. The popular and solidarity economy seeks to develop economic activities such as self -consumption production, family ventures, cooperativism, networks, etc. intends to transcend economic individualism and build an economy based on plurality. This research will study and tend to integrate a management model that identifies and understands in a clear way the general mode of operation of this type of organizations, its main problems, strengths and cause-effect relationships; As well as the most relevant management risk detection, at a level that allows proposing a model that guarantees its improvement with an approach based on the principles of solidarity and agroecology that favors the sector of the popular and solidarity economy (EPS). This project will use quantitative and participatory methods (return and socialization workshops). All this considering the scope we want to study, where environmental, economic and social factors are constantly interrelated. With all this, the research project will study an area of relevance not contemplated with the importance that merits, which directly affects a variety of actors and that if it is not addressed will continue to affect its lack of representativeness and endanger its permanence in the environment.
