The optimization of solid waste treatment through recycling worldwide has become a priority for the sustainable development of cities, because it includes both social, economic, environmental aspects, etc. In this context, the present research is aimed at obtaining information that allows the generation of a solid waste management model focused on the recycling collection centers in the city of Cuenca - Ecuador Concept of Inclusive Businesses (Ni) that involves the poor and vulnerable population of the city of Cuenca, whose income according to the Inter -American Development Bank (IDB, 2015) ranging from US $ 4 to US $ 10 per capita daily Mutual for both entrepreneurs, state, recyclers and society in general. This study will be carried out through the primary and secondary analysis of different sources of information, with the application of various instruments and methods that allow a diagnosis of the current situation of solid waste management through the recycling, allowing to know the potential and disadvantages present, which will facilitate carrying out continuous improvement processes, evidencing the contribution of this activity, not only from the perspective of the business benefit, but its contribution in the business Improvement of the quality of life of recyclers.
