Methodology for the elaboration of second -scale plans for peri -urban management in intermediate cities. Strategies to implement the management of plans by local institutions in the peri -urban of intermediate cities

Excessive growth control of the urban footprint in intermediate cities in Ecuador, through policies that include three levels: urban planning, such that articulating the instruments that are typical of the discipline, densification patterns of the areas existing in the cities are achieved as well as of the growth in the peri -urban sphere.
