Description
Establish the precise geographical delimitation of the different political - administrative jurisdictions of the Cuenca canton, mainly based on the legal base of creation, its history, sense of belonging of its inhabitants and the management capacity and administration of each of the decentralized autonomous governments of the Cuenca canton, to guarantee the good relations that will serve as support for the planning and adequate investment of the economic resources.
