The effects of training on transformational leadership. A study in Ecuador.

Description

At present, many studies highlight the importance of transformational leadership in the success of organizations. In addition, some investigations argue that this leadership style can be learned, however, there are no conclusive results about this. Thus, the present study aims to analyze the effects of transformational leadership training in the leadership style of the participants. Statistical and clustering analysis will be applied to the data obtained from the application of the multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) in two training projects. The results of this study will improve the design, execution and evaluation of leadership training projects at regional and national level.
