Project Details

Description

The provision of robust and scalable computational infrastructures to support data science processes and algorithms has become a mandatory requirement to generate useful knowledge in large volumes of data, independent of the type of user and application domain. The convergence between cloud computing, container technology and Model Driven Engineering emerges as an emerging paradigm to enable the execution of large-scale data science projects, within an economical framework that is easy to implement for everyone. Therefore, this project aims to create a domain-specific language that adds value to the LIDI service portfolio, enabling data experts from the university community and other external entities to autonomously, simply, agile and collaboratively design and implement multi-container infrastructures to support their data science applications in the LIDI cloud.
