Description

The problem to be addressed is one of ethics applied to politics, namely, should the State guarantee good living? The originality of the same lies in the fact that, for the first time in Ecuador, the concepts elaborated by the axiology, ethics and political philosophy will be used to analyze whether the proposal of good living is justified as it is profiled in the Constitution of 2008. The general objective is to establish the ethical limits of the State as responsible for the achievement of good living. For which methodologically proceed from a qualitative vision that will resort to the method of analytical philosophy, to the comparative method, and will also be considered a comprehensive methodological attitude.
