Project Details
Description
The VLIR project "International Migration and Local Development" aims to collect and exchange information between stakeholders in issues related to migration and local development to contribute with the generation of public policies. Its intervention areas are the provinces of Azuay and Cañar considering that they are areas with high population rates in mobility conditions: international migration, immigration, refuge. The collection of information is carried out through the use of participatory methodologies that create a link with the community. The results of academic work contribute to improving the living conditions of the population thanks to joint work with institutions in charge of the intervention.
