The Proposition of the Project "Integrated Water Quality Management" You have Been Developed in the First Phase by the program for Water and Soil Management Promas University of Cuenca, and The Faculty of Engineering of the University of Cuenca. Initially, All Faculties and Departments of the University Were. The Topics Intecuded in the Initial Proposition Were Among Others: Watershed Management, An integrated analyzes of the effect of human interference on the Water Quality at Catchments Scale, The Establishment of a Detailed Monitoring System at Catchments Scale, The Capacity Improvement In Water Quality Quality Analysis and The Modeling At Catchment Scale of the Sediment Transport. This Execared During This First Phase Succesfull, This Document PresentS The Formulation of the Second Phase Which Will Start On April 2012.
