Vlir 4: "Participatory technological innovation for sustainable management of natural resources", through cooperation agreement between the Catholic University of Leuven of Belgium and the University of Cuenca, with financing of the Flamenco Vlir Interuniversity Council. The project in question had a duration of three years, as of May 1, two thousand one.
