Description

The project is an inter -institutional cooperation initiative between higher education institutions and the private sector through small and medium enterprises cameras, which seeks to give an answer to the affection of the business fabric generated by the pandemic (Covid 19). The scope of the project covers the chemical and services sector, from the provinces of Azuay, Loja and Pichincha, affiliated with the cameras of small and medium industries. In the development of the project, innovative and strategic tools will be designed for companies with the purpose of adapting their businesses to a new normality, through technical assistance and training, facilitating new forms of work and optimization of available resources. The project aims to generate strategies and improvement plans for each of the areas affected in different companies, with the aim of generating value, energizing and reactivating the provincial and national economy. At the end of the project it is proposed to build a web platform with the strategies worked on the project so that it serves as a reference and source of consultation by the companies. As results associated with the product, it is expected to generate support in the recovery of employment places, in the increase in the level of production and sales, strengthening of companies, adapting new business models, decision -making plans and emergency response. In addition, the results of the project will be presented in the form of scientific and academic articles so that they can communicate to the academic and scientific community.
