Description
The agricultural waste generated during the primary and agro -industrial production process has two contexts, the environmental damage for their inappropriate disposition and use and on the other the potential for use they have, one of them in the feeding of animals of zootechnical interest through the use of their nutritional value when included in diet or dietary rations in sustainable production. Research on agricultural waste generates information to recognize the existence or not of their nutritional potential, with a possible inclusion in the diet of guinea pigs, with positive incidence at environmental and social level. To expand knowledge, the application of an integral and experimental methodology is proposed; Descriptive investigation will be applied for defined agricultural waste determinations, subsequently experimentation will be carried out by inclusion of their diets. Socially, women are considered vulnerable members within society in the urban and rural context; In rurality they perform a fundamental role in the production, preparation and achievement of food, being responsible for the raising of minor animals, including guinea pigs, activity considered feminine and childish and that constitutes an alternative of income generation for the family, its improvement implies a positive action on the strategic needs of women. The present investigation is raised as a general objective, to contribute to the decrease in the environmental impact caused by agribusiness waste with nutritional value for animal feed, contributing to the economic empowerment of rural women.
