Introduction: Aging is a complex multifactorial process, characterized by progressive and multisystemic physiological changes, in which factors such as nutritional alterations, sedentary lifestyle, chronic diseases could increase the risk of functional limitation, dependence, fragility and disability in older adults, to which multiple interventions, with advice, monitoring, cognitive training and social activity, will improve the quality of life of life Older adults in their basic activities of daily life. Objective: Evaluate the impact of a multidominium program on nutritional status, functionality, fragility, depression and physical activity in older adults of Canton Cuenca, 2020-2022. METHODOLOGY: A quasi-experimental study will be carried out in 500 older adults. Anthropometric measurements will be made and validated surveys will be applied to collect demographic data; MNA, Katz index to determine dependency level, criteria validated by Fried and Watson, for the evaluation of the socioeconomic state, the stratification survey of the INEC socioeconomic level will be used, modified Yasavage Depression scale Cognitive. The results will be analyzed in the SPSS version 15.0 program, using frequency distribution, central tendency (mean) and dispersion (standard diversion). To look for association, relative risk (RR) will be used with its 95%confidence interval. EXPECTED RESULTS: Multidominium program is expected to improve nutritional status, functionality, fragility, depression and physical activity in older adults from the Cuenca canton
