Description

The process of life that begins with conception, the gestation period, the birth, the puerperium, which continues with the interrelation and adaptation of the human being with its environment with the support of a genetic basis, is not a product only of a correct planning but of attitudes and practices before, during and after pregnancy that contribute to physically and psychologically preparing the mother for the raising of her child. The project tries to demonstrate that a conscious decision to procreate a human being and to stimulate from the beginning of the birth an interaction between his mother, his father and consequently the family through the initial attachment, will lead to positive effects on the growth and psychoneurosensorial growth of the child, to a successful breastfeeding and to avoid any type of actions that injure their physical or mental integrity. It is postulated that an adequate preparation preparation of a pregnant mother, together with her partner, during the last quarter of pregnancy and immediate skin to skin with her newborn, during the first 60 minutes after childbirth will favor better psychoneurosensorial development, in front of those mothers and newborns exempt from this practice. Two groups of children will be selected, the one whose mother has received preparation preparation and made the initial attachment, the other who did not. The monitoring of the children of both groups will be done for two years to observe: evolution of natural and psychological breastfeeding and evaluate their growth and psychoneurosensorial development in order to demonstrate the usefulness of the practice of preparation preparation and initial attachment.
