Towards a sustainability of associative ventures integrating social, organizational and technological determinants - Zone 6 Ecuador

This project aims to determine the influence of social, organizational and technological factors on the sustainability of associative ventures and then propose an innovative management model that strengthens its value chain; Through multidisciplinary teamwork and students from different careers at the University of Cuenca. An initial diagnostic study is proposed, with the associations recorded in zone 6 of the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economics (IEPS), which allows identifying the most influential social, organizational and technological determinants in these. It will intervene with students of Sociology and Industrial Engineering, identifying needs that can be corrected from the Academy with improvement proposals. The initial diagnosis is intended to study the sustainability of associative ventures in relation to the determined factors. For this, a bibliographic review will be made, which allows to determine the most appropriate tool to relate the variables. Once the relationship between the sustainability of associative entrepreneurs and social, organizational and technological determinants is determined, the proposal of a pilot management model that strengthens the value chain of the associations will be made. The model will be implemented in three associative ventures as part of its validation. They will work with students from the aforementioned careers, who will monitor the respective follow -up. After the validation of the model and with the participation of students of the project, the results will be socialized with the associations and the IEPS to promote the development of social ventures and potentiate their value chain.
