Description

The project proposes the strengthening for micro business production of energy bars, Cañar-Ecuador for which, the training of the beneficiaries in the management of crops, fertility and conservation of cultivation soils and post-harvest of the quinoa and amaranth plants is proposed, as well as carrying out a study of the value chain and market of the company Kuru Muru, and the technification of the process of production of energy production of the energy bar Amaranth. It is intended to complement with a diagnosis of food security and approaches to achieve this process within the community.
