Description

In our reality, the problems and needs of the population in relation to the cervical cancer of the uterus, produced by the human virus papilloma (HPV), as well as by autoimmune and degenerative diseases, which have high prevalence in our environment, affect reducing economic and social development and therefore are the issues we will discuss below. The research of HPV genotypes caused by neck cancer, will allow to know the effectiveness of vaccines to avoid HPV infection that produces cancer. Information that is essential for the health ministry and medical or private health institutions to evaluate the need to continue or stop the vaccination campaign, considering the cost benefit of rheumatoid arthritis (AR) is one of the chronic diseases that generates the greatest disability in the population. The medium and long -term consequences of rheumatic diseases have an impact on the quality of life of a person, the tax burden of rheumatic diseases is very high (ABBA 2003), it constitutes one of the first ten reasons for total disability in Canada and Mexico. In the United States, it constitutes the first cause of disability and represents a huge cost for the State, the patient, the family and their social environment. In studies carried out in the USA, both the estimated direct and indirect costs for arthritis and other rheumatic diseases amounted to 86 200 million dollars in the year in 1997, a figure equivalent to 1% of US GDP (Sanabria 2004). In Mexico the disabilities of rheumatic diseases prevent routine activities of patients such as bathing, ironing or mobilizing, becoming dependent on a family member (Ferrecio 2003). Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) have a high prevalence in our environment; The diagnosis for polymeraza chain reaction (PCR) becomes necessary to identify the causal agent. Another of the frequent pathologies in our environment is breast cancer, which according to Solca Cuenca is the second cause of female cancer (Solca 2007), responds, among other causes, to the mutation in the BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes; Molecular biology plays an important role in its diagnosis.
