El Proyecto Contempla La Producción De Alimentos Balanceados Con Aditivos Fitogénicos, Sin Químicos Para Una Alimentación Aviar Y Pecuaria Orgánica En La Fábrica Localizada En Azuay-Ecuador. For which, the training and update of the beneficiaries in the formulation and elaboration of the balanced throughout the process is proposed. Similarly, an initial diagnosis of the sanitary conditions will be made in reference to good manufacturing practices (BPM), with the information obtained an action plan will be designed for the company to work under the BPM scheme; Staff in hygiene and quality will be trained and the technical documentation corresponding to the BPM quality system will be developed. Organic foods will be experienced in live essays in the experimental farms of the University and Molihers, with birds and guinea pigs. Additionally, bromatological analyzes of balanced with traditional and phytogenic, and coprological analysis will be carried out in order to determine the bacterial, chemical and parasitic load in the digestive tract of the guinea pigs and birds. Productive and health parameters will be determined both in food and in animals. Finally, the organic certification of those balanced in the agrocarity of the food formula that improves the characteristics presented.
