Description
The organizational climate and job satisfaction have been important issues of study in organizations in order to improve the attention provided to their clients-users, the present research work aims to study the indices in which the perceptions of climate and job satisfaction are currently found by teachers of the public and particular university in the Cuenca canton. In the same way, it aims to identify the organizational climate factors that influence job satisfaction according to teachers' perceptions, by applying S20/23 questionnaires that measures job satisfaction and the questionnaire developed by Litwin and Stringer that measures the work climate. The study population will be determined by simple random sampling, considering populations other than each of the universities, thus being able to infer both individually and together, additionally there will be secondary sources with respect to the application of the questionnaires. The results obtained will serve as a referential framework for each of the universities, through which they can make decisions regarding the job satisfaction of teachers thus improving their performance, so the literature referring to the subject will also be increased.
