Description

The risk factors that are associated with violence are described conditionally in many treaties, most of them account for the proportionality and very little of the behaviors that are related; The behavior of the teenager that crimes is not considered in its true dimension. There are close studies such as steel and others (2007) that describe risk factors capable of deriving in criminal behaviors (1). In this Colombian study, factors such as: severe domestic violence are mentioned; Be a man; Have serious history of behavior disorders, hyperactivity, high degrees of irritability or suicide attempts; Belong to gangs; Remain on the street most of the time; Consume alcohol; Use weapons, among others, such as the most influential or trigger. Whatever the factor that causes us to worry that the adolescent is becoming the center of the violent interactions independent of the circumstances that motivate him, so it is necessary to know the factors that originate it to intervene, change the course or reduce the impact. For the indicators that account for a high percentage of violent acts until they reach homicide, in adolescents aged 15 to19; This group would be analyzed and the purpose would rest in determining the risk factors and personality traits that are important in the origin and maintenance of criminal behavior. The intentions of the proposal are: in the first instance Identify those behaviors in adolescents deprived of liberty in our community, then analyze other adolescents belonging to the normal population that have not had criminal history and that have circumstances close to those of the sample, and then move on to analyze them comparatively with the purpose of establishing differences. Finally give explanations of the results within the framework of psychopathology, forensic psychology, criminology and criminal law. It is not our purpose to delineate interventions, ours is to seek predictable factors that affect behavior to prevent them from their origin with adequate program that prevent us from having to intervene when the crime occurs.
