Description

Objective: Establish the association between postmenopausal osteoporosis and risk factors: age, body mass index, low calcium content, early menopause, late menarche and sedentary lifestyle. Material and methods: It is a case and control study that is carried out in patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis and controls paired in sex and age in a 1 A1 ratio that come to the consultation of the hospitals "Vicente Corral" and "José Carrasco", seeks to establish the association with the risk factors: age, body mass index, food with low calcium content, preocas menopause Sedentary lifestyle In the statistical analysis, the difference in percentages, or logistics regression will be calculated. Conclusion: Study that will determine whether there is an association of osteoporosis with the risk factors indicated.
