Description
From the 1980s to the present, understanding organizations as a habit of cultures has gained theoretical legitimacy, so much that some authors considered as classics in the matter "Denison: 1996; Mintzberg: 1984; Ouichi: 1981; Robbins: 1987; Schein: 1985, among others) have tested conceptual relationships and practices both with factors as business productivity, and late Academic yields in educational organizations. Explore and determine how these processes become motivational components that influence classroom practices and favor or hinder students and university development. Consolidate that they have been implemented in the universities of sample 5. Methodologically, it will develop qualitative and quantitative approaches, in samples raised in three universities (public, individuals with state assignments), with an 18 -month time extension.
