Description
Human mobility processes have different impacts, among the main interaction between populations of foreign and reception origin. The project will focus on how stereotypes, prejudices and media rumors about people in human mobility affect harmonic coexistence with the local reception population. The investigation will be interdisciplinary with a sequential mixed research approach, being the quantitative approach that will be applied first and will be complemented with the qualitative approach. The methodological design for quanti will be non -experimental with an exant and exhibition cut; And the methodological design of the quali will be of participatory action. The unit of analysis is composed, by people in human mobility of two cases of study of the city of Cuenca and by the comments issued on social networks towards people in human mobility. The information collection will be through the quantitative content analysis with the capture of comments on social networks, application of a questionnaire (exant-exposet) and participant and non-participating observation. Data analysis will be carried out through descriptive statistics, discourse analysis and artistic analysis. The main results that are projected are through the frequency and characterization of comments on networks and, the design and execution of strategies based on artistic practice that contributes to the positive representation of the population in a situation of human mobility by the reception population.
