Description

JUSTIFICATION: Avoid unnecessary invasive surgical sections in the soft child channel through an interdisciplinary study. Objective: Demonstrate that there is decrease in torn in childbirth without episiotomy to elaborate the rules of childbirth care without episiotomy and publish them. Hypothesis: childbirth without episiotomy presents less tears than childbirth with episiotomy, therefore unnecessary. Methods: Randomized clinical investigation will be carried out to demonstrate that childbirth care without episiotomy causes a lower amount of torn from the soft channel if compared to the large section produced by episiotomy in primigestas treated with systematic episiotomy. In childbirth without episiotomy, the directed pujos will not be stimulated and the slow output of the fetal head will be manually achieved.
