Description
Harassment is a multicause psychosocial phenomenon with its own dynamic, configured by the interactional guidelines of its three protagonists: victim, aggressor and spectator. The victim child in this stressful situation responds using different intra and interpsychic coping strategies. The objective of the present study is to analyze the coping strategies used by the victim child in situations of bullying (including cyberbullying/media harassment) depending on age, sex and type of harassment. It is a non -experimental design study, with a quantitative approach, at the descriptive and relational level. 200 children will participate 10 to 15 years of age, victims of bullying, students from 12 educational, fiscal and individual institutions of the city of Cuenca, selected for convenience. Three information collection instruments will be applied: a) The questionnaire on abuse between colleagues: profile of the victim, from Fernández and Ortega, adapted by Ordóñez (2014), to identify the victim child, b) the victimization scale through the mobile and internet telephone (Cyb-Vic) of Buelga, Cava and Musitu (2012), to recognize victimization by cyberbullying/media harass C) The School coping evaluation scale: ACS (Frydenberg and Lewis, 2000) that will identify the coping strategies of the victim child. The descriptive and inferential statistics will be used in the present study.
