A Large Amount of Data Is Being Produced by Academic Systems (E.G. Registry, Learning Management Systems and Library). This data is usually Just Stored, but not used in any Meaningful Way. This Data, Though Correct Process of Analysis and Reporting, Could Be used to improve the Decision Making Inside Academic Institutions. The Field of Learning Analytics (LA) has revealed considerable during the last year in European Heis. Through the use of la tools, The Management of University and Academic Program in Europe has been modernized. In the Latin American, There is a Lack of Local Capacity to Design and Build these Specialized Tools that could be used to improve heis administration. Currently, Most Decions in Latam Heis Are Based on preconceptions or feelings. If data is used, it is in the form of database reports that only provides the must Basic Level of Information. Due to the last decade modernization of academic systems in must Latam heis, there is a long amount of data being produced every day, but This data is usually ignored. This Project Seeks to Modernize The Academic Decision Making Process Through Building Local Capacity to Create The To Support Decision Makers at Different Levels in Latam Heis. Building the Local Capacity to the Design, Implementation and Use of the Tools Will Provide Latam Heis With A Powerful Tool Tool To Solve Not Only One Problem, But Any Problem WHERE DATA ANALYSIS COULD BE USED TO INFORM DECISSION MAKERS.
