In the case of dependent economy countries, such as ours, the effects of globalization are disastrous; Numerous companies for different reasons are closing their operations, creating an aggravation picture of the already worrying economic and social indicators of the country. Unemployment is one of the most dramatic consequences. Given the described panorama, the idea of seeking and identifying a group of companies arises, which due to their peculiar characteristics can be immune to the globalization process and that, additionally, they manage to ensure their permanence in the immediate future despite the market risks; Contributing to reverse the economic situation of marginalization of certain sectors of Ecuadorian society. The identification of these types of companies could serve as the basis for undertaking the foundation of a national strategy that allows to survive at these times of change and, contribute to initiate economic development. On the variety and quantity of companies that can be defined, the success of social management will depend. It will be raised as a hypothesis, that savings and credit cooperatives, being fundamentally non -tradable services producing, can be kept unscathed in the process of globalization of world markets, and as a consequence of this immunity, contribute to generate direct and indirect employment by granting credit to sectors that are not served by the large financial companies in the country, contributing to the generation of wealth of the regions of influence.
